What RelaySwitch stores
- Account details: the email address you sign up with, and for each top-up the amount, the payment method and the payment’s own reference (a transaction hash for crypto).
- API keys with their name, status, limits and timestamps.
- One usage record per request: request id, model, token counts, and the charge.
- The ledger of balance changes: top-ups and charges.
What it does not store
Request and response bodies. Prompts and completions pass through the service and are not written anywhere or used for training.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare serves this site.
- The account console and API run on infrastructure operated for Uplink Switch LLC; it stores the data above.
- Crypto top-ups go to an address the checkout shows; the network itself records the payment publicly. Alipay and WeChat Pay top-ups are handled by those services under their own terms.
- Every model on the Models page is served by third-party model providers under contract with Uplink Switch LLC. They receive the request and response content for those calls.
Retention
Keys are kept while the account is open. Usage records and ledger entries are kept as accounting records after it closes.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Signing in to the account console sets a cookie that keeps you signed in.
